We celebrated this day to mark the birth of our first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru as he loves kids and cherished every moment he spent with children and believed they are our tomorrow and the fate of the nation lies in their hands, and children were very fond of him and lovingly called him “Chacha Nehru” or “Chachaji”.

He always believed in equality and believes that every child has equal rights to education, health, and safety. Like our school, other schools around the country celebrate by conducting many programs to encourage children to give new ideas of innovation and various games and stage performances that include debates singing, dancing and more.

This day is special and we should understand our role is very important to build a strong nation around the globe. Thanks a lot, for giving me time to express my love for Chacha Nehru together we can and will grow India with the right education, love, and courage,

Well, different countries celebrate Children’s day on a different day but we as Indian celebrate this special day on the birth anniversary of our most loved prime minister of India Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru on 14th November every year. The first Prime Minister of independent India loves children so much and once said that “The children of today will make the India of tomorrow” and we have to.

He was called as Chacha Nehru because of his loving and encouraging nature toward kids. He was very concerned about the condition of the children in the country as he considered children the country’s future. He loved both girls and boys equally and believed in providing equal opportunities to them for the real development of the nation.

After the death of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru in 1964, his birthday was celebrated as Children’s Day all over India. It is involved in various types of activities like fancy dress competitions, singing competitions, etc. are organized on this day.

Children are an invaluable asset to the nation as well as hope for the future and tomorrow, so they should be given proper care and love.
