Recreating Golden Era !!
Daughters are mother reflection.
In my case I’m carbon copy of my dad but yes my never saying no attitude and spirit to take up challenges is inherited by my mother.
I really believe in ~
life doesn’t come with a manual
it comes with mother!!
This mother day when FBB gave me a chance to atleast look a like a bit like my mom.
I really don’t want to miss this golden chance and selecting one look like her would be not enough so my partner in crime since from childhood my sister Nishi di.
We planned to cover and recreate and let her relive her journey of life.
The cherry on the cake was my mausi who happily joined us to make this fun-filled Mother’s Day more fun & crazy.
Join the Era of my mom :
This pic is of my mom from the year 1952 & me in 1979 & now in 2017 we look like this .. we have one common thing “Smiling face”
we have one common thing “Smiling face”
In 1965 when my Mausi “Smt Amita Srivastava” was born my mom got her secret keeper and they bonded and when I dug in old albums.
I got this adorable picture of them and thought why not to recreate the magic of this bond of love and let my mom and mausi relive that moment after years.
With 2 pleats my mother & beautiful big eyes little girl my mausi.
We relived that moment sharing some old stories about this pic. the
We both sisters got ready in same way to show them
how would we look in the same pose and look.
When I was small & used to see this pic with a big pot and lehnga of mother.
I always laugh but wished to get dressed like same.
This pic was clicked by my late dad in 1970 after marriage and it’s very close to mom’s heart so I selected this pic to recreate with mom’s lehenga only & her jewelry.
My mausi had school program
she danced wearing this lehenga in her school and so my sister recreated her look.
Moving down to memory lanes I found this pic of the year 1997 and we couldn’t resist creating magic once again.
“Be bonded and connected and stand in tough time together”
I learned from my family and from my mother.
The connection from the heart to heart like my mom & my mausi share I think we sisters share the same.
This Mother’s Day as my mausi always treated us like her daughters
I cannot think wishing only my mom a very happy Mother’s Day
Mothers Day Special MOMENTS
Thanks #BlogStar and FBB for giving me the opportunity
I pour my heart out and do a little bit to bring a smile on their faces
Trust me recreating moments really brought magic!!
