Dal ke Kabab

Chan­na dal (soaked ) 2 cups
Onion -1 medi­um chopped
gar­lic — 2–3
Gin­ger- half
Dhaniya leaes
Salt — as per taste
garam masla — 1 tbs
chill­ie (green )- 1
chill­ie (red) pow­der- 1/2 tbs
man­go dry -1/2 tbs
water- 1/2 cup
Oil — for fry 

Put all in ingre­di­ants in cook­er with water and let it get cooked
Make sure it get dry up all its water , then grind in mier.
Make small small kabebs
And shol­low fry in pan and serve with green chut­ney.
