Fasting for 9 days during Navratri is one of the most loved ways to pay tribute to Maa Durga but it can get reversed in terms of weight loss and make you gain weight too.   3. Include nuts and dry fruits in the right quantity.
  4. Drinking a lot of water, usually, we think that we are hungry while fasting when we are really thirsty.
    You will feel hungry if your water intake is not proper, you can opt for coconut water, nibu pain, fruit juice, and more. Just keep yourself hydrated.
  5. Fruits are high in fiber and low in calories which help you lose weight.
  6. Even including fruits in a diet plan to lose weight is great as it lowers the risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.
