I’m one of the oldest city of India, I am a city of joy, happiness, tahzeeb, and above all brotherhood and people call me LUCKNOW. I love the way people of Lucknow always shower love on me whether they stay here or anywhere across the globe. I feel happy and proud that still, I live in their heart.

Being the capital city of Uttar Pradesh, the oldest city with many historical monuments, I love to walk with time and so today I have metro too which connects me from one end of the city to another.

From Rumi Darwaza, Bada Immambara, chota Imamambara till bhool bhulaiya everything make me more special as I still hold the values of Nawabs, I treat my guests not less than God, and I love to treasure our values which is going from ages.

Sharma ji, our own Sharma Ji was like me oldest who is there in Hazaratganj. Oh!! you should visit him if you want to have best tea here Kulhad chai, bun maska, and round samosas are famous among all.

I am not only trying to retain old monuments but also the yummy food which has no comparison.

Now when I say about my heart that is Hazartganj not to forget royal cafe famous from years for yummy, delicious and just wooww katori chaat. “Lucknow aaye aur ganjing nahi ki toh kya khaakh lko aaye”

You know what now when you are knowing me better let me share on most important thing, this is one city where you will find brotherhood among all religions. We not only eat chicken but we wear also Chikan…

Chicken, now this reminds me none other than another reason I being loved most is TUNDAY KA KABAB. Now you will find many joints spread across the city with the same name but if you want authentic and original need to visit Aminabad. Aminabad is the best place to shop shop shop and hop hop hop for tunday ka kabab and Prakash ki Kulfi.

Don’t forget to visit chowk if you want the gift of Lucknow chikankari for yourself and friends.
