Ingredients: 1 cup of peeled , deseeded & whipped custard apple pulp, 7 teaspoon sugar, , 2 spoon quick cooking oats, 1 tablespoon low fat khoya, 2 spoon cornflour, 1 tablespoon skimmed milk powder, 2 cups low fat milk, chopped almonds & raisins.

Method: Mix 5 spoon water with cornflour & skimmed milk to form a paste & keep aside. Heat another non stick pan & put ghee, oats and stir for 2 minutes . Add khoya, remaining sugar and milk and stir for ten minutes or till oats are done .Add to it chopped almonds & raisins ,the mashed custard apple and the cornflour mix prepared above to get the desired consistency .Just heat for 1 minute . Allow it to chill and decorate it with almonds / silver foil..
