My recipe- loki ka pako­da with green chut­ni
250gm bot­tle gourd
200gm besan
Salt to taste
Bak­ing soda
Gin­ger and gar­lic paste
Garam masala
Method to pre­pare-:
First crush the bot­tle gourd and mix all the ingre­di­ents in it and make a paste and round shaped pako­das and deep fry it and its ready to be served with corian­der chut­ni.
Coriander’s chut­ni-:
150gm corian­der leaves
1 pc toma­to
20gm gin­ger
2pc green chill­ies
1pc lemon
Pinch of jer­ra
One table spoon bhu­jia
Mix up all the ingre­di­ents in the mix­er grinder and final­ly add lemon drops in it and ready to be served.
