#SupahChef — Fruit cheesy shots


Supah Chef cook­ing con­test was organ­ised by Capri­corn Pro­duc­tions &Solu­tion Lim­it­ed in asso­ci­a­tion with cook food and spon­sored by For­tun, Ambrosia Restu­rant Thane.

After going through few elim­i­na­tion rounds I man­aged to reach in finalea­long­with real­ly tal­ent­ed won­der­ful 40  con­tes­tant.

Now for finale we got a the­me to cook a starter with fruits along with a cock­tail and a mock­tail…

And I choose to cook

fruit cheesy shots


Green Apple 1(grated)

Raw banana -2–3 (Boiled and mashed prop­er­ly )

chesse cubes(small pieces)


red chill­ie pow­der


garam masala

green corian­der leaves

Dry man­go pow­der

white til

oil­to deep fry


Take grat­ed apple remove excess water and mix well ingre­di­ents (remem­ber for quan­ti­ty to mix as we are going to put same in raw banana too) salt, garam masala , red chill­ie pow­der, dry man­go pow­der and mix well and keep aside


2. Same ways add same ingre­di­ents in raw mashed banana and keep aside


3. Now apply lit­tle oil on your palm and take lit­tle amount of mix­ture of apple and flat­ten it and put lit­tle cheese cube in between and cov­er it prop­er­ly



Now in same way cov­er this apple ball with banana mix­ture

4. In a bowl add corn­flour with lit­tle water and dip this ball in that and put it in white til to cov­er and deep fry on low flame

and serve hot with chut­ney or white dip of your taste
