#Funtocook#Forfoodiefamily #contest.……This healthy & nutri­tious kheer made from oats and fla­vored with the fresh­ness of cus­tard apple can be served as a a super nour­ish­ing break­fast or as a dessert too dur­ing fes­tiv­i­ty. .….….….….….….….….….….….….….. OATS & CUSTARD APPLE KHEER

Ingre­di­ents: 1 cup of peeled , deseed­ed & whipped cus­tard apple pulp, 7 tea­spoon sug­ar, , 2 spoon quick cook­ing oats, 1 table­spoon low fat khoya, 2 spoon corn­flour, 1 table­spoon skimmed milk pow­der, 2 cups low fat milk, chopped almonds & raisins.

Method: Mix 5 spoon water with corn­flour & skimmed milk to form a paste & keep aside. Heat anoth­er non stick pan & put ghee, oats and stir for 2 min­utes . Add khoya, remain­ing sug­ar and milk and stir for ten min­utes or till oats are done .Add to it chopped almonds & raisins ‚the mashed cus­tard apple and the corn­flour mix pre­pared above to get the desired con­sis­ten­cy .Just heat for 1 min­ute . Allow it to chill and dec­o­rate it with almonds / sil­ver foil..
