MY RECIPE-SPICY BROWN RICE CHAAT

Ingre­di­ents»
•2 cups boiled brown rice
•1 medi­um size pota­to, boiled, peeled and chopped
•1 medi­um size toma­to
•½ tsp turmer­ic
•a pinch of hing
•1 sprig cur­ry leaves
•2 tsp oil
•1 or 2 tbsp fine sev
•black salt as required

Instruc­tions»
1.heat oil.
2.lower the flame and add the cur­ry leaves.
3.fry for a min­ute.
4.add the turmer­ic and hing.
5.stir and imme­di­ate­ly add the boiled brown rice.
6.continue mix­ing.
7.switch off the flame
8.add black salt.
9.when serv­ing spicy brown rice chaat, add some boiled pota­toes and gar­nish using toma­to.
